Desiree is a fierce advocate for her clients, who is committed to protecting their rights with determination and precision. At the same time, she is able to recognize that every legal matter carries a human story, and she approaches each case with empathy and understanding. This balance allows her to fight vigorously in the courtroom while providing her clients with the compassion and guidance they need throughout the dissolution process. Desiree obtained her associate’s degree in University Studies at Monterey Peninsula College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Jose State University. Desiree earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Legal Studies degree from Monterey College of Law and was a Heisler Moot Court finalist in 2018.
Desiree began practicing family law as a provisionally licensed lawyer May of 2021, and obtained her California Bar License in January of 2023. As an active-duty Navy spouse, Desiree understands the unique challenges faced by military families and is dedicated to providing legal support tailored to their needs.
