Biography

Tonya is an effective member of the Stratte Firm as one of our Senior Paralegals. She has over eleven years’ experience exclusively in family law. In 2004, she graduated from college where she received her associate degree in paralegal studies. Since her graduation, she has worked as a paralegal, covering many areas of law with her primary focus and experience being in family law.

Tonya provides detailed support to the attorneys and her clients. From complex litigation cases to simple uncontested divorces, she is involved from beginning to end. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines.

Family law clients are often faced with a variety of emotional situations. Tonya presents a calm, helpful and supportive demeanor as she handles their immediate needs, while explaining procedures.
